NOTICE OF IMMUNIZATION FOR STUDENTS
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are pleased to inform you that sequel to the government’s initiative on child immunization exercise. Schools are visited for onward administration of vaccines for students.
In compliance to the government directives, we write to notify you and seek your consent for the said programme.
This initiative aims to safeguard the health and well-being of our students by providing them with essential immunizations. The vaccines to be administered are as follows:
- Measles Rubella (MR) Vaccine: For children aged 9 months to 14 years.
- Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV): For children aged 0 to 5 years.
- Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccine: For girls aged 9 years only (to protect against cervical cancer).
The immunization exercise ends on the 29th October 2025.
We kindly request your cooperation and support in ensuring your child/ward receives the appropriate vaccine tomorrow the 28th of October 2025.
